To create a meaningful VIP styling experience in partnership with Netflix, offering veterans and their guests a red-carpet-ready moment in celebration of The Six Triple Eight—a film honoring the untold story of the only all-Black women’s battalion to serve in World War II.

Powerful, elegant, and deeply personal. The suite was a space of gratitude and transformation—where active and retired servicewomen were treated like the heroes they are, ahead of a red carpet moment they’d never forget.

We transformed Somerville into an intimate, design-forward dinner space layered with texture and intention—think moody florals, ambient candlelight, custom menus, and a layout built for connection. DS Event Haus managed full production: lighting, floorplan, AV, and flow. Every detail was curated to match the moment—powerful, beautiful, and deeply personal.

Guests received full hair, makeup, and wardrobe styling before attending the Hollywood premiere of The Six Triple Eight. The experience was made even more unforgettable with surprise visits from cast members Kerry Washington and Ebony Obsidian. The suite was captured across social, including IPSY’s TikTok, and served as a powerful moment of recognition for the women whose stories shaped the film—and history itself.
