To produce a two-part concert series in honor of Black Futures Month, transforming The Miracle Theater into a space for joy, healing, and cultural affirmation. The goal was to spotlight Black artists and visionaries while creating a communal experience rooted in creativity and liberation.

Spiritual, cinematic, and deeply communal. UPLIFT was a celebration of Black artistry and imagination, blending live music, film, and community gathering into a transformative experience.

We partnered with Black Lives Matter to turn Inglewood’s Miracle Theater into a soulful, cinematic space for two unforgettable nights. From creative direction to on-the-ground logistics, DS Event Haus handled everything: stage design, lighting, artist flow, and talent management. We brought the vibe to life—supporting performances by Zyah Belle, Jimetta Rose & The Voices of Creation, and visual storytelling by Pierre Bennu. Each night wrapped with a community reception, DJ sets, and space to simply be—reflect, vibe, and connect.

The series welcomed over 150 guests per night and garnered coverage from outlets like the Los Angeles Sentinel, which highlighted the event’s role in honoring Black joy and creativity. The performances and film screenings offered a space for healing and collective visioning, reinforcing the importance of cultural expression in building Black futures.
